COMPETITION RULES: „GIVEAWAY Special Concert – Ave Maria ”
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- COMPETITION ORGANISER AND RULES
The organiser of the „ GIVEAWAY Special Concert – Ave Maria” competition (hereinafter the „Competition”) is the „Madrigal – Marin Constantin” National Chamber Choir, with its registered office at Aleea Dealul Mitropoliei No 11, București, Romania, hereinafter the „Organiser”.
The terms and conditions of the Competition (hereinafter the „Rules") are available free of charge to any individual domiciled in Romania who wishes to participate in „GIVEAWAY Special Concert – Ave Maria” online, as published on the Madrigal Choir’s official Instagram page (hereinafter the „Competition Page”);
To participate in the Competition, entrants must meet all of the following conditions:
- Follow the Madrigal Choir’s official Instagram page
- Tag in the comments on the competition post a friend with whom they would like to attend the „Ave Maria” special concert.
- PRIZES AWARDED
The Competition will award a total of 2 prizes, each consisting of an invitation for two (2 tickets) to the „Ave Maria” special concert on 15 August 2021, one (1) „Ave Maria” album and one (1) „Săptămâna Patimilor” album.
NO cash equivalent of the prizes will be awarded.
Prizes are awarded on the basis of draws conducted through the „www.random.org” platform.
- WHERE THE COMPETITION TAKES PLACE
The Competition is organised exclusively online, on the official Madrigal channel, in accordance with these Rules. The Competition is organised exclusively by the „Madrigal – Marin Constantin” National Chamber Choir and IS NOT organised, supervised, administered, associated with or promoted by the Instagram channel, and the prizes offered are NOT financed by it in whole or in part.
- COMPETITION PERIOD AND ANNOUNCEMENT OF WINNERS
The Competition starts on 04.08.2021 and will run until 09.07.2021 at 12:00 (hereinafter the „Competition Period”).
The two winners will be announced in a new post on the Madrigal Choir’s official Instagram page on 10.07.2021.
- ELIGIBILITY
The Competition is open to any individual who is a Romanian citizen domiciled or resident in Romania, or a foreign citizen resident in Romania, who has reached the age of 18 when the Competition begins and accepts the terms and conditions of these Rules. Individuals under the age of 18 may participate in the Competition provided they are represented/assisted by their legal representative, in accordance with the law, who, having read these Rules, declares full agreement and wishes to participate in the Competition (hereinafter the „Participants”).
Participation in this Competition constitutes full acceptance of these Rules, freely given and without any coercion. The right to participate belongs exclusively to the participant who meets the conditions imposed by the Rules.
Participation in the Competition constitutes all Participants’ express consent to, knowledge of and acceptance of these Rules without objection.
To participate in the Competition, Participants must have an Instagram account with a valid email address and their real surname / first name.
Each participant is presumed to be legally entitled to all personal information they submit in the Competition. The Organiser is not required to verify or certify the participant’s entitlement to the personal information with which they enter the Competition and cannot be held liable for any lack of entitlement or any unauthorised use of that information by the participant.
The right to participate in the Competition is automatically cancelled if a person provides false, erroneous or inappropriate data or information when submitting the personal data required to validate participation and/or winning the Competition.
Multiple comments will not be considered either.
- HANDOVER OF PRIZES
Prizes will be claimed on 15 August 2021 at the „Mihai Eminescu” Summer Theatre in Bucharest from 20:00, at the entrance to the „Ave Maria” special concert, from the concert organisers.
- DISQUALIFICATIONS AND CANCELLATION
The Organiser reserves the right, at its own discretion and without being required to give reasons for disqualification, to disqualify at any time any entry that, in its opinion, is falsified, shows any form of manipulation, or where it is established that the participant has not complied with these Rules. In the event of disqualification, the Organiser reserves the right to use prizes awarded to any disqualified participants for other purposes.
The Organiser reserves the right to cancel the Competition in the event of force majeure or a fortuitous event.
- AMENDMENT OF THE RULES
The Organiser reserves the right to amend these Rules where such action is duly justified, through an addendum to these Rules to be published on the Competition Page.
Participants must check the Competition Page periodically, as the Organiser undertakes no obligation to inform participants individually of amendments to the Rules.
- ORGANISER’S LIABILITY
Except where required by mandatory provisions of Romanian law from which privately signed instruments cannot derogate („dispoziții imperative" in Romanian), the Organiser accepts no liability for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by entrants as a result of entering the Competition or accepting and/or using the Prizes. The Organiser disclaims any liability for any bodily injury or damage to entrants’ or any other person’s computer relating to or resulting from participation in, or downloading any materials in connection with, the Competition.
By entering the Competition described in this document, each participant hereby waives (to the extent permitted by applicable legislation) any claims against the Organiser concerning the Competition and its organisation.
- PERSONAL DATA
Providing data is voluntary. By participating in this Competition, the person providing their personal data to enter the Competition confirms that the Organiser may process their personal data to organise the Competition. The Organiser must ensure that personal data are processed securely and are not made available to third parties. The data subject may request information about the processing of their personal data, or may be asked to correct their data, or may refuse to allow their data to be used for direct marketing. If the participant requests deletion of their data before the Prizes are awarded, their entry will be deemed withdrawn and they cannot participate in this Competition. Data are processed until the Competition is completed, all Prizes are delivered and all legal requirements are fulfilled.
Applicable law and dispute resolution
The Competition will be governed by Romanian law.
Any disputes arising from or in connection with the Competition or the Rules will be resolved by the competent Romanian courts.
